The main reason why new generation water treatment systems need to be developed is that water resources are under increasing threat of pollution and depletion. Today, complex and resistant pollutants originating from industrial, agricultural and domestic waste cannot be completely eliminated with traditional treatment methods.

In addition, new generation pollutants such as microplastics, drug residues and hormones threaten water quality and human health. Existing systems mostly operate with high energy consumption and limited efficiency, which is insufficient in terms of sustainability. For these reasons, it is necessary to develop new generation catalysts and technologies that consume less energy, are environmentally friendly, effective and economical, and to make water safe, clean and accessible. In this way, both environmental impacts will be reduced and permanent solutions will be provided against water scarcity.
For this purpose, we are conducting R&D studies on systems operating with CATALYST without a filtration system instead of existing and expensive systems.
